Here are pictures from my first catering job that I did tonight. Everything looked spectacular. I was super impressed with how everything turned out. From the top: Carrot Cookies, Chocolate cups filled with Mousse, a close up of the Mousse, the set-up, Chicken Salad Croissants, Pasta Salad, Fruit Display, Veggie Tray, and Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon and Sugar Chips.

That all looks awesome and SO yummy. I'm super impressed. Your fruit display looks just like those edible arrangement things(only better, ha) it's all so so cute! I love it. Love your twist on chips and salsa too to do fruit salsa and sweet chips. Yum!
